5 Ways To Put Yourself First

1.Sleep in! Sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night makes you less likely to gain weight

2. The next time your pedicurists asks if you’d like a foot rub, don’t ask “How much extra” just say ye, and enjoy it. Massage reduces anxiety.

3. You know that adjustment you make to your hair when you get home from the saloon? Tis’ the season to show your stylist how to hook it up exactly how you like it before leaving your chair.

4. Think about everything you did last holiday season and how tired you were by New year’s Day. Now think about not ding quite so much.

5. Accept a friend’s offer to pay for lunch. Be agreeable when a co-worker asks if you need help on a project. People want to do nice things for you. Let them!
